Dean Rush was an associate professor in the School of Business at Liberty University. His emphsis was promoting ethical standards in business and life. Dean was raised on a farm in the Midwest and learned to fly at an early age. He served as an instructor pilot, test pilot, and Special Forces operations pilot during the Vietnam conflict, Dean also was selected as a diplomatic Exchange pilot with the Canadian Forces. After leaving the Air Force Dean co-founded Emerald Airlines and has been involved in ownership and senior management of a number of aviation businesses. Before retiring he served as president of some of the largest jet sales companies in the world. Following 9/11 he served on thePresident's Aviation Security Task Force. After retirement from the corporate world,he attended seminary.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University,
Masters Degrees in Public Administration Administration from Golden Gate University, and Religious Studies from Liberty University,
He has been a long term trustee with Hallmark University, a christian based, non-profit, accredited university in San Antonio, Texas.
He has been married for 58 years to his wife Vickie, has two children, and four grandchildren.

He is also the Managing Partner at Westgate Group, LLC, a consultancy that empowers companies to lead in the marketplace by transforming cultures and growing the bottom line. Previously, he has worked as a COO at Uno Mas Brands, Senior Vice President at Zurvita International, and Vice President at FreeLife International, among other roles.
His proficiencies include supply chain management, logistics, organizational management, and customer acquisition. Brian's life philosophy is that true character and integrity are tested most when faced with overwhelming obstacles.
