Brian Altman is an adept operations executive with comprehensive experience in both domestic and international markets.
As a servant-based leader, Brian excels in problem-solving under complex situations and is committed to leadership development and developing high-performance cultures. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BRAINVAULT, LLC, a sports science and technology firm focused on mitigating concussion risks. He is also the Managing Partner at Westgate Group, LLC, a consultancy firm that Empowers Companies to Lead in the Marketplace by transforming cultures and growing the bottom line. Throughout his career, Brian has held a variety of leadership roles across different industries including Chief Operating Officer for a large franchise owner-operator, Senior Vice President of Operations for a global health and wellness company, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global nutrition and skincare company, among other senior executive roles.
Brian earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Midwestern State University.
His proficiencies include business strategy, operations management, team-building, organizational management, financial management, corporate entity structure, branding and marketing, and business development.
Brian and his wife Kristi have been married 28 years and have two adult children. Brian’s kingdom mission is to help business leaders unlock the intersection of faith, leadership, and business excellence through Christ-centered business principles.

Before retiring he served as president of some of the largest jet sales companies in the world. Following 9/11 he served on the Aviation Security Task Force. After retirement from the corporate world he attended seminary.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University,
Masters Degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Golden Gate University, and a Masters in Religious Studies from Liberty University,
He has been a long term trustee with Hallmark University which is a christian based, non-profit, accredited university.
Dean has been married for 56 years to his wife Vickie, has two children, and four grandchildren.
